Usage Instructions

1. Measure out all dry ingredients (Cement, Fly-Ash, Course Aggregate, Fine Aggregate)
2. Mix all dry ingredients until uniform. Ensure there are no areas of dry ingredient clumps.
3. Measure out expected quantity of water so that W/C ratio is within acceptable range.
4. Add water to dry ingredients and mix until uniform consistency is achieved.
5. Measure out quantity of Superplasticizer (PCE based Superplasticizer recommended)
6. Add Superplasticizer to concrete and mix until desired slump is achieved. Slump should be 100mm+ for RMC mix designs and 20mm+ for Pre-Cast mix designs.
7. Measure out quantity of Trident-F01. Dosages will vary depending on the source of other components, but generally fall within the range of 600g to 1200g per Cubic Meter of concrete.
8. Mix Trident-F01 directly into concrete slowly while mixing to ensure proper consistency.
9. Cast concrete into desired shape (Cylinders, Cubes, Bars, etc.) for testing purposes

Usage Guidelines

• Use in conjunction with Fly-Ash and Cement.
• Trident-F01 is an ultimate strength-enhancing admixture. Trident-F01 will increase the 28-day compressive strength of Concrete by 8-15 MPa
• Expect strength gain within 7 days of concrete curing.
• Add Trident-F01 DIRECTLY to concrete after water and superplasticizer are mixed in.
